A lot of business owners are leaving money on the table simply because they don't understand the process of outsourcing to an ecommerce accounting firm. GMAC wants to educate current business owners and prospective clients on how easy of a process it can be to upgrade your finances to a streamlined accounting system.

We believe our process, outlined below, is a tried and true roadmap for seamless integration that we have used successfully countless times.

1. initial roadmap

One of GMAC's first interactions with the client will be an information gathering session, in which a GMAC representative will want to learn as much as they can about you and your business to fully understand your wants, needs and services required.

2. proposal

A GMAC representative will document the services required from the session, along with a review of your current bookkeeping processes, and custom design a bookkeeping plan for you. GMAC will send over an engagement letter outlining your plan for your review.

3. implementation

Once the plan is reviewed and all services have been addressed, GMAC will develop and implement the system specifically for you. GMAC will send periodic reports to keep you financially up to date, and recurring weekly/monthly and adhoc meetings can be collaborated. GMAC is also available around the clock, so if any issues arise, we can always be reached at no extra cost
